Live water abounds on this 1,800-acre high-fenced ranch located in a highly coveted portion of the Hill Country. 1.8 miles of spring-fed Fall Creek meanders through the property, shaping the landscape for centuries and providing endless opportunities. Numerous springs originate on the ranch, providing the water source for several stocked ponds and lakes. Inviting pools and picturesque waterfalls are created by seven dams constructed across Fall Creek. Spectacular water features are enjoyed by both wildlife and recreationists alike.

With 200-feet elevation changes, this ranch offers all the natural vegetation and topographical beauty the Hill Country has to offer. Paved roads provide all-weather access throughout the ranch. Numerous springs originate on the ranch, providing the water source for several stocked ponds and lakes. Inviting pools and picturesque waterfalls are created by seven dams constructed across Fall Creek. Three earthen dams create a three-acre, five-acre and eight-acre spring-fed lake respectively, which provide spectacular water features enjoyed by both wildlife and recreationists alike. Improvements include a four-bedroom stone home overlooking Fall Creek, an additional circa-1906, four-bedroom, wood-frame home, two guest homes, party house, foreman’s house, horse barn and equipment barns. Wildlife species include white-tailed deer, axis deer, blackbuck antelope, sika deer, fallow deer, quail, turkey, dove, geese and ducks.
