Professional Background
Ryan has closed more than $800,000,000 in land transactions since joining Eshenbaugh Land Company in 2005. His transactional experience ranges from single tenant retail out parcels to large master planned communities and most everything in between as it relates to development land. He has represented Lennar, Newland Communities, Metro Development, DR Horton, Eisenhower Properties, Bank of America, Soho Capital, Duke Realty, CalSTRS, DR Horton, Rialto Capital, BB&T and DeBartolo to name a few. In 2015, Ryan was named CEO of the firm and took a majority ownership stake in the company. Under his leadership he has increased revenue 9X through organically growing the team and implementing new strategies and technologies. He has spoken as a land expert over the years at multiple national conferences and sits on a number of boards.

Education
Ryan graduated from the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. He earned his ALC designation (Accredited Land Consultant), which is an indication of a professional who is the most accomplished, the most experienced, and the most knowledgeable land expert.
Additionally in 2007, Ryan became a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. The designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice.

Ryan graduated from the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. Memberships and Associations
Sampson is actively involved in the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and NAIOP Tampa Bay as a past President on both organizations and an active board member. He is the current president of Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and previously on the planning committee for the Florida State University Real Estate Trends Conference. He was a founding board member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leader Tampa Bay program and remains an active member of ULI. He is also involved with the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and The Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA).
