Having first gained his agent’s license in 1982, Tom is an experienced veteran of the Texas land business and has lived through the boom and bust of various economic cycles, not to mention the transformation of an industry wholly focused on print and word-of-mouth advertising to one that’s now part of a real-estate sector that accounts for $7.7 billion in online advertising each year.
Tom shares his experiences as one of the early pioneers in the ranch and land digital-marketing space, plus his insights into how the LAND Network—including LAND and TEXAS LAND magazines plus online marketplaces Lands of America and Land and Farm—is today seeking to create “a total paradigm shift in how we search for rural property and land.”
