Congratulations to James Rinehart with Western United Realty who sold 12,255 acres in Albany County, Wyoming. This sale occurred on April 7, 2017, and was submitted through our Comparable Sales Program.
AX Ranch offers 12,255+/- deeded acres in Wyoming’s Laramie Mountains, with plentiful water sources and a covering of pine and aspens. It’s also home to a significant population of elk. The ranch is located only 15 miles southeast of Laramie and 45 miles north of Fort Collins, Colorado. The sweeping property is easily accessible yet maintains outstanding privacy, with a number of fishing lakes, streams, timber and mountain views. With additional lands added over the years, the AX was on the market for only the second time in its history.
