Congratulations to Andy Flack with HomeLand Properties for his sale this week of the 3,132-acre Tarkington Bayou tract in Liberty County, Texas. The $9.4-million sale was recorded on August 22, 2018, through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program.
The large raw timberland acreage sits a few miles north of Houston, Texas, near the satellite town of Cleveland. Thinned and harvested recently, the property is open to significant development in an area that includes some of the fastest-growing cities in the country.

Congratulations to Terence Hundemer of the Nevada City, California-based Chickering Company, Inc. for his sale of 2,995 acres in Northern California's Tehama County. This sale occurred on February 28, 2017, and was submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program.
