Finding the Best in the Business: Introducing RLI’s ALC Class of 2017

The decisions made in the process of buying or selling a property can be some of the most important decisions a landowner ever has to make. Land transactions can be very complex and require the specialized expertise of an agent with a proven track record of knowledge and experience in the field. There are many considerations to make when dealing in land, like the property’s soil type, highest and best use, environmental factors, legal limitations, investment viability, eligibility for a 1031 Exchange, and much more. Using an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) ensures that as an investor, buyer, or seller you are represented by the most qualified agent in your area to conduct this type of transaction.

The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) makes it easy for landowners to recognize the highest achieving, most trustworthy and most educated land real estate agents in the industry by conferring them with the elite ALC Designation. In 2017, 21 agents successfully completed RLI’s LANDU Education requirements to prove their expertise.  They also met strict volume requirements to prove proficiency and experience in conducting land transactions.

RLI is proud to announce to the industry the following newly designated ALCs:

When looking for an agent to help with your transaction, look for an ALC! If you are interested in finding an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) in your area, visit rliland.com/find-a-land-consultant.
