A total of nearly 4,000 acres were listed for sale in Chester County recently, representing a combined nearly $40 million in Chester County farmsand rural real estate for sale. Chester County ranks 60th in the Volunteer State for the total number of acres of land currently advertised for sale. There were two properties listed as sold in Chester County through the Land Network Comparable Sales Program. This represented a total value of $880,800.
