Custer County, South Dakota Tiny Home Land For Sale

A total of nearly 7,000 acres were listed for sale in South Dakota's Custer County recently; the value of all Custer County farms, ranches, hunting land and other land for sale was nearly $95 million. Custer County ranks third in South Dakota based on the total acres of land for sale among the 66 counties in the Mount Rushmore State. There were four properties listed as sold in Custer County through the Land Network Comparable Sales Program. This represented a total value of $1,728,500. Of all ranches, farms, hunting land and other rural land and acreage for sale in Custer County, Custer featured the most land for sale. From an economic perspective, government and state-level services contribute most to Custer County's overall GDP. Custer County is South Dakota's 16th largest county (1,559 square miles). It's located in the Black Hills & Badlands South Dakota region of the state.
