Land for Sale in Donley County, Texas over $1M

The Texas Panhandle gets its name for its proximity to the handle-shaped portion of its neighbor, Oklahoma. It is the state's least populated region. Donley County ranks 204th in the Lone Star State for the combined amount of land currently advertised for sale. Of all locations in Donley County with farms and ranches for sale, Clarendon featured the most land for sale. Agriculture and farming drives the Donley County economy, with 380 farms recorded in the county during the U.S. Census in 2012. Farming activities in Donley County generate annual revenues of $3 million, the majority of which comes from livestock products. Donley County is the 110th biggest county (933 square miles) in Texas. It's located in the Rolling Plains North Texas region of the state.
