Erie County, New York Homestead Land For Sale

A total of around 3,000 acres were listed for sale in Erie County recently; the combined value of all Erie County farms, rural land, hunting land and other land for sale was almost $246 million. Erie County ranks seventh out of 62 counties in New York for the combined amount of land currently advertised for sale. Orchard Park had the most land for sale. Erie County is New York's 17th biggest county (1,226 square miles). It's located in the Western New York region of New York.
