A combined nearly 2,000 acres were listed for sale in Maryland's Garrett County recently; the combined value of all Garrett County farms and rural land for sale was $125 million. Garrett County ranks fourth out of 24 counties in the Free State for the total number of acres of land currently advertised for sale. Mchenry had the most land for sale.
