Lake County, California Hobby Farm Land For Sale

A total of approximately 10,000 acres were listed for sale in Lake County recently; the combined value of all Lake County ranches, farms, hunting land and other rural land and acreage for sale was around $132 million. Lake County ranks 16th in the state for the combined amount of land currently advertised for sale. There were three properties listed as sold in Lake County through the Land Network Comparable Sales Program. This represented a total value of $22,990. Kelseyville had the most land for sale.
