A total of almost 7,000 acres were listed for sale in Hawaii's Maui County recently, representing a combined $1 billion in Maui County farms, rural land, hunting land and other land for sale. Maui County ranks second based on the total acres of land for sale of the five counties in the Pineapple State. Of all farms, rural land, hunting land and other land for sale in Maui County, Lahaina featured the most land for sale. Maui County is one of the ten biggest counties in Hawaii (2,398 square miles, or some 100 percent of the state's total land area). It's located in the Maui Lanai Hawaii region of the state.
