Nassau County ranks 40th out of 67 counties in the Orange State for the total number of acres of land currently advertised for sale. Fernandina Beach featured the most land for sale. Based on its natural assets, tourism and recreation contribute significant revenue toward Nassau County's overall GDP. Nassau County is the 42nd largest county (725 square miles) in Florida.
