A total of approximately 3,000 acres were listed for sale in Florida's Saint Lucie County recently; the combined value of all Saint Lucie County farms and rural land for sale was almost $276 million. Saint Lucie County ranks 55th in the Everglade State for the combined amount of land currently advertised for sale. There were two properties listed as sold in Saint Lucie County through the Land Network Comparable Sales Program. This represented a total value of $1,420,000. Fort Pierce featured the most land for sale. Saint Lucie County is the 47th biggest county (687 square miles) in Florida. It's located in the Central East Florida region of Florida.
