Recently Sold Land in Teton County, Idaho

The Teton Valley area is packed with adventures that include world-class trout fishing—former veep Dick Cheney is known to enjoy casting his line in streams throughout the region—skiing and snowboarding at resorts including Grand Targhee and hundreds of miles of trails for biking, hiking and ATVing. A combined 4,000 acres were listed for sale in Teton County recently; the combined value of all Teton County farms, ranches, hunting land and other land for sale was approximately $324 million. Teton County ranks seventh in Idaho for the total acreage of land currently advertised for sale. Of all land for sale in Teton County, Victor featured the most land for sale. Based on its natural assets, Teton County's economy is dependent on tourism and recreation. Teton County is the 43rd largest county (450 square miles) in Idaho. It's located in the Eastern Idaho region of the state.
