Bethann Oswald

Bethann is a fifth generation rancher in southern Archer County with a rich farm and ranch heritage, which provides an understanding of the value of land and the resources it provides. She holds a bachelor's degree in education from Texas Tech University and a masters degree in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems from the University of North Texas.

A member of the Bishop team since 2010, she is dedicated to creating a lasting business relationship with each client and understands the financial and emotional aspects of buying and selling real estate. Bethann became a Principal Owner of the group in 2023.
