Carson Smart

Carson Smart joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in November 2022. Carson received his degree in Criminal Justice before going to work for Multivista for the past four years as a manager overseeing file management and real estate development. Carson is also drone certified, with a specialization in Matterport, 360-degree photography, and other forms of immersive property photography. Carson is a 5th generation Tennesseean born and raised in Nashville and knows the whole state well! He is also an active member of the Harpeth Conservancy and has a special interest in conservation and land protection. He has always had an eye for property and loves negotiations. Carsons unbeatable work ethic and creativity make him an exceptional Land Professional. In his free time, Carson enjoys camping, skiing, and rock climbing in addition to studying American history.
