Grant Olson

After graduating from Purdue University in 1995, Grant and his wife, Lea, moved to rural Linn County in 1998. Still residing in the first home they purchased together, they continue to enjoy and love the rural lifestyle.

Grant started in Real Estate in 2013, selling rural Iowa property, and it has been the most enjoyable job he has ever had. Assisting buyers and sellers realize their goals is an awesome responsibility. Rural Iowa property has that specialness and connectivity that cant be found anywhere else. Being a fellow landowner lends additional insight to the connectedness we all feel, and value to how much assistance he can provide.

His RLI membership as well as achieving his ALC designation are benchmarks that he is very proud of. The ALC designation is not only a representation of the quality of work that performed, but also serves as a masters in land sales. Additionally, achieving the Apex Award from RLI in 2022 speaks to his ability to sell real estate at a high level.

Selling many million dollars of land speaks to the desirability of Iowa land, but also to representing customers and clients in the best possible way. Aside from working, Grant enjoys being a father, husband, outdoorsman, landowner, and an archery coach for the local team. Welcoming his first child in 2011 has been one of the greatest joys of his life. I look forward to serving you in all of your real estate needs!
