Kyle Hansen

Kyle joined Hertz Farm Management/ Hertz Real Estate Services in November 2007 as a real estate agent, expanding the Nevada, Iowa office in agricultural real estate sales and farm brokerage. He became an auctioneer in 2009, is a member of the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) since 2008 and received his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in 2011. Kyle received his Brokers license in 2016 for the State of Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Kyle has served on the Board of Directors for National REALTORS Land Institute. He received the Land REALTOR of America Award in 2022 from REALTORS Land Institute. Kyle served as their National President in 2020.

He was the President of the Iowa Chapter of REALTORS Land Institute during the 2012-2013 year. Kyle received the Land Broker of the Year for the Iowa RLI Chapter in 2013 and was the Chairman and Spokesman for the Iowa RLI Land Trends and Value committee from 2011 to 2017. The Iowa RLI Land Trends and Value committee conducts a land trend survey twice a year, releasing results to the media in March and September.

Kyle received the National REALTORS Land Institutes Land Rising Star Award in 2014 and has served on the Future Leaders Committee for National RLI and has been the chairman in 2015 and 2016.

Kyle's history as a crop scout, an agronomist and an agricultural lender, enables him to combine his knowledge of the land and lending to assist investment clients and farmers in acquisitions, marketing and liquidation of land.
