Mike Murtland is a Realtor with Comey and Shepherd Realtors out of Cincinnati, Ohio and Southern Ohio Properties is his website. Mike graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Construction Management and then worked in the construction industry for a number of years, first as a carpenter and then as a Project Engineer for a large Industrial General Contractor. Shortly after moving to the Cincinnati area in 2008 his interest was sparked by Investing in Real Estate. It was not long before he became a licensed Realtor and began selling properties. Since then, his Real Estate business has blossomed finding his niche selling acreage consisting of farms, homes, investment, recreational and development property throughout Southern Ohio. As an avid outdoorsman, nature lover and die hard Whitetail enthusiast, he has a deep knowledge and appreciation of the land as well as the woods, water and wildlife that inhabit these places.
