Michael Perez

I attended Texas A&M University where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and continued my education at that other university in Austin, where I earned a law degree in 1997. After graduating from law school, I was a patent litigator in Houston and Austin for many years before retiring to the country in 2013.

I became a real estate agent in 2017 because I enjoy helping people, and I chose a career with Allison James Estates & Homes because the team is knowledgeable, friendly, and considers customer service its top priority. When Im not helping folks with their real estate needs, I enjoy raising cattle and taking care of my two dogs, Pixy and Bandit. I also raised white-tailed deer for many years as a licensed deer breeder. Through these experiences, I have gained extensive knowledge in developing and maintaining habitat for wildlife and livestock. I even have my own "Rancher Mike" YouTube channel.
