Scott Nolan was born and raised a native East Texan. He has owned his own commercial & industrial coatings company for over 30 years, providing extensive knowledge of the commercial aspect of the East Texas area. Scott and his family own Nolan Herefords, a registered Hereford Ranch, where they breed, raise, and show their cattle across the United States, selling cattle in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Scott owns both commercial and residential rental properties. As an avid hunter and fisherman, he also brings knowledge and experience regarding properties associated with outdoor sports and recreation.
