All gun buyers will pick up their gun purchases at H&M Outdoors, Phil McKernan, 1869 Pottery Rd, Suite B, Washington MO 63090. FFL fee will be $50 and collected by TPA with buyer's payment.

No ammo will be shipped. All ammo to be picked up at 3157 Horstman Rd, Berger, MO 63014. A valid Drivers License will be needed at the time of pickup. No Exceptions!

1. A 10% buyers premium will be added to the high bid to arrive at the final sale price.

2. Bidding ends Wednesday, October 29th starting at 1:00 PM.

3. All payments by Credit Card (3% service fee).

4. All items must be removed from the premises on Sunday, November 2nd from 10AM to 2PM. No Exceptions!

5. All items have been represented to the best knowledge of both the seller and Auction Company.

6. Items are being sold As Is with NO warranties expressed or implied.
