Curiosities is a consignment and retail store located in downtown Ballinger. Spaces are available for vendors to rent on a monthly basis with a four month minimum contract. Consignment merchandise is also accepted with a commission of 25% per sale and no monthly fee. Currently there are 22 booth spaces rented, and a vast amount of consignment merchandise. There is ample room for additional booth spaces. All fixtures and current inventory of the store owner is included in the sales price.

At one time, there was a restaurant "The Tea Room" located in the back of the store. Everything concerning the restaurant operation has been removed except for a walk-in freezer. This area could be utilized for this purpose again if desired.
