Seller will sell 1 acre foot water from the Mammoth Creek Drainage for $12,000 or .5 acre foot for $6000 These Water Rights are located in the Sevier River, Mammoth Creek Drainage & can be transferred to some areas in Duck Creek, Long Valley, Mammoth Creek, Meadow Lakes, Rainbow Meadows & areas in-between. Total water rights available are 7 ac. ft. In order for a land owner to get a building permit it is necessary for them to have a source of water. If there is not a water source in place the water rights we have listed gives a property owner in the Sevier River, Mammoth Creek Drainage area the right to use the water. Once obtaining the water right the property owner will need to have it transferred to the property and a well permit would need to be obtained. The amount of water rights needed will be determined by what the land owner wants to do with the property. These Water Rights do not include land.
