Back half of building is currently leased as professional office space. This was completely remodeled in 2006. All environmentally ECO friendly replaced original materials. This includes, but is not limited to, paint, carpet, new windows, and HVAC system. All rooms have CAT-5 cable access and private phone access.
The upper level of the front half of the building has been gutted down to the studs. Three condos are in the process of being built, pending the Historic Preservation Committee approval.
The street level of the front half of the building houses two art galleries, a music store, and a small storage space. The front gallery underwent a complete remodel after a water pipe broke. A stone fireplace was put in, as well as a new heating system. The tin ceiling was taken down, the ceiling was repaired with sheetrock that meets the new fire guidelines, and the tin ceiling was reinstalled.
