Discovery Harbor is a covenant controlled community of over 800 lots. The homeowners Association is active, involved and committed to keeping the area a beautiful place to live. The Community Center is a busy hub of activities, including hula, exercise, yoga, game night, quilting and fund raising rummage sales.

Discovery Harbour was originally built around an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, which is currently privately owned and not open to the public. However, the homes adjacent to the golf course enjoy expansive ocean and/or mountain views over the fairways and greens.
