310 & 312 Hill Street, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065 - Cumberland County

These two South Middleton township lots are located just outside of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs and are being sold together. Each lot could be built on, however, the seller has previously obtained a variance to build a duplex sharing the lot line between the lots. Lot 310 is 0.52 acres and lot 312 is 0.41 acres for nearly a one acre lot if they were to be combined. Our understanding is that an on lot septic system is not an option so public sewer would need to be brought back the road to the site in order to build any residential structures. The seller has competed a preliminary environmental study which they are willing to share. No significant adverse conditions are mentioned in the report.
