Sale Date and Location: Online bidding begins Thursday, September, 6h at 12:00 pm (CT) and runs through Thursday, September 27th at 10:00 am (CT). Online bidding and live bidding will be simultaneous beginning at this time. Live bidder registration begins at 9:00 am (CT) from the property (5060 Academy Lane, Bessemer, AL 35022).

Terms of Sale: 10% down due on auction day with the balance due at closing within 30 days.

LIVE/ONSITE REGISTRATION FEE: A certified or cashiers check for $10,000.00 will be required to bid and will need to be made payable to Target Auction Company Escrow Account.

REMOTE/ONLINE REGISTRATION FEE: A wire transfer to Target Auction Company Escrow Account in the amount of $10,000.00 will be required to bid remote/online and is due 24 hours prior to auction day.
