The Lodge is situated on acres of commercially zoned, waterfront property at the end of town, away from the residential properties. Larsen bay is a city of approximately 90 year-round residents and offers power, water, phone, and fuel plus a modern marina and aircraft runway for easy access to the Lodge.

The Lodge was constructed in 2001 using quality building materials and has been well maintained. The entire exterior was re-stained in 2015 and the interior was given a fresh coat of paint.
