Permitted uses in the Small Office sub-area are delineated in Ordinances 1808 and 1988 and are as follows: 1)Professional, administrative, executive & financial offices. 2)Medical & dental offices, subject to parking requirements being met on the subject lot (or lots with a reciprocal parking agreement). 3)Laboratories: experimental, film, testing. 4)Nursery schools & day care centers. 5)Churches, synagogues, temples & other places of worship. 6)Small scale warehouse & distribution facilities, which may include a retail / wholesale sales office which is accessory to the small scale warehouse or distribution facility use. 7)Innovative & emerging small businesses engaging in activities such as research, product development, assembly for shipping & programming.Conditional uses are:1)Public & quasi-public use, including public utility uses.2)Conference centers & related facilities.3)Other uses which the Planning Commission finds to be consistent w/ the purpose of Small Office sub-area.
