From Lockhart, at the intersection of Hwy 183 and FM 20, travel east on FM 20 one block and turn right on FM 1322. Take FM 1322 11 miles (you will cross Hwy 86) to CR 144 (Rolling Oaks Dr) and turn left. Take CR 144 to CR 140(Wattsville Rd) and turn left, follow CR 140 (make sure and turn left to follow CR 140, road turns into CR 141 if you go straight), road will change to CR 140A Property is on the right, appx ½ mi after road changes.
