This tract is located approx. 8 miles southwest of Indianola, east of 80th Avenue on the north side of Quebec St. The farm is rolling in nature with some terraces. It is made up of 11.9 corn base acres with a direct tract yield and counter cyclical yield of 93/104, and a soybean base and yield of 33.1 and 30/36 respectively

The previous tenant was farming approximately 50 acres, and the lease has been cancelled. Therefore it is open for farming in 2009. The road has been approved for upgrade from Level B to Level A at a cost of approximately $47,000 of which the county had agreed to pay 50%.
