This is a very private tract located on Billies Branch Road in eastern White County. The WR Tract 1107 has very gentle topography and is primarily covered in planted pine. One ±35 acre stand was recently harvested and is planned in one year old pine which could be cleared and converted to pasture/farmland. There are ±36 acres of merchantable planted pine and 30 acres of natural hardwood and pine. Timber estimate is 2,346 tons of pine and 1,457 tons of hardwood. Billies Branch Road is a county maintained gravel road that dead ends at Billies Branch Lake.
