The southern third of the ranch is dense brush transected by a well-designed mosaic of senderos, openings, and ranch roads. Gaujillo, guayacan, mesquite, blackbrush, whitebrush, huisache, cenizo, prickly pear, Spanish dagger, a host of forbs, and good grasses create great wildlife habitat.

Wildlife/Hunting/Fishing

Huntable populations of bobwhite quail and mourning dove are evident as one drives through the ranchs good road system. An intensely-managed herd of ~150 white-tailed deer adds tremendous value to the 3P Ranch.

Two large ponds and a dove pond make up the ranch's surface water, all fed by one of the two large wells servicing the ranch.
