This is a well located farm that is well suited for milk processing plants (cheese, milk dehydration, etc), dairies, growing crops for silage and feed grains, a cattle operation, prime cotton farm, residential or industrial development.
The part of section 23 located north of hwy 194 is irrigated with a pivot sprinkler which belongs to tenant (approximately 200 acres under sprinkler) and is nozzled at 500 gpm (according to tenant) with long drops spaced on 60 centers and 11.2 X 38 tall tires. The sprinkler is pressured by a booster pump with electric power unit with water furnished by three irrigated wells south of hwy 194 on section 23 equipped with turbine pumps powered by vertical, hollow shaft electric motors which belong to tenant and one irrigation well on section 15 equipped with a 20 HP submersible electric motor and pump. All wells are tied together with underground, high pressure PVC pipe.
