Nora Davis has been an Ojai real estate agent for more than 30 years and has lived in the Ojai Valley her entire life. Growing up in a family where her mother was also a real estate agent and owning rental properties was the family business, it was only natural that Nora would choose to continue this family tradition of helping people find their dream homes and investing in rental properties throughout the Ojai Valley and Ventura County. This is where she met her husband of more than 45 years, Randy Davis, whom she has known since she was five years old, and where she raised her two children. Her son, Cody, now has children of his own, assists her with her rental properties and works with his dad at the family-owned business, R. Davis Construction. Her daughter, AimeeJo, is now a writer and also continues to work with the family business doing the marketing, website and real estate writing for The Davis Group. Real estate and construction run deep in the family, but other factors have also influenced Nora s career. One recurring theme has always been horses, which Nora and Randy have always loved and owned. Additionally, with a daughter who showed horses for over a decade, a son who was more inclined to team roping, and a brother who is an internationally known horse trainer and holds multiple national and world titles, it is no surprise that Nora specializes in Ojai horse property, ranches, farms and land. Of course, she assists her clients in selling and buying all types of properties, but helping her clients find the perfect horse property or ranch in the Ojai Valley, Ventura County and Santa Barbara areas is the focus for which she is generally best known.
