This farm is priced to sell, and is a great opportunity to get a very large contiguous tract of land. There is a significant amount of depreciable assets with five 2009 Valley Sprinklers, and four JVC sprinklers,15 irrigation wells,10 pumps and panels, approximately 31,137 ft. of underground line, barns, and cattle equipment. The farm has been row cropped, but would make a good cattle place. The south part of the property has been placed in the CRP program, and will be planted to grass in the spring of 2017. This eliminates two of the older circles, and makes better use of the limited water. An independent well test was performed on 2-1-2016, and nine of the 10 producing wells made 635 gpm.
