The genetics in the deer herd in this part of the state speaks for itself as this property is located just a few miles from where the non-typical 'Wanklyn buck' was found in 2013 that scored over 300 inches!

Located only an hour from Topeka or Manhattan, this property can be found 2 miles east of Home City, KS on US HWY 36, then 3.5 miles south on 18th Rd located on the west side, but unable to be seen from the road.
