The Horse Stud Ranch is a working cattle ranch consisting of a total of 44 acres of deeded land plus 7 sections of deeded grazing rights and mineral rights on contiguous private lands located in Central Arizona. This small, easy to manage cattle ranch has paved access, a new modular home, a good set of working corrals and carries 56 head of cattle year-long in a cow/calf operation.
