Tract 1 (the full section) includes an older home of minor value with 9 grain storage bins, two of which have 2700 bu capacity, one with a drying floor and another with a slab floor, there are 7 smaller bins of 2200 bu capacity, 4 of which are in average to good shape. Two Golden Grain Storage bins have up to 9500 bu. capacity.

Tract 4 is a 1/4 section currently in wheat stubble and is located in Finney Co on the county line. Tract 4 includes a 4040 sf machine shed with a concrete floor that was originally for grain storage and is located approximately 1.5 miles from Tracts 1-3.
