Property Overview:

113.96 deed acres consisting of 40-acres mixed natural hardwood and pine, 21-acres 19 year old pine plantation thinned to every 3rd row, 50-acres wetlands and 3-acres clear-cut. A great investment property and hunters paradise with abundant water for duck hunting and a variety of trees and forage for whitetail deer, squirrel, turkey and feral hogs. The property has recently been thinned with under brush removed providing excellent visibility.

Inventoried with 1/10th acre plots, plot centers were flagged orange and numbered. Due to stand variation and varying mill utilization, inventories are not guaranteed and bidders are welcome to conduct their own inventory.
