Pocahontas, TN 38061 - McNairy County

Located on the MS/TN line in both Alcorn County, MS and McNairy County, TN. The property is located approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes east of Memphis, TN, and 40 minutes west of Corinth, MS.

Approximately 858 acres of natural mature hardwood and pine timber. The mature timber includes pine poles, a variety of oaks, hickory, and premium hardwood species. There are 303 acres of 2009 established pine plantations. Prior to the establishment of these plantations, intensive site preparation was completed. Second generation, Piedmont varietal, Loblolly pine trees were then planted, and survival of these plantations is over 90%.

A diverse tract that offers unlimited recreational opportunities. This property has an extensive gated internal road system. There are a couple of nice lodge sites that offer beautiful vista views and some possible lake sites as well. The forest diversity leads to an abundance of deer, turkey, and other small game.
