Inside, the cabin offers all the comforts of home with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds, and a pullout couch, along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. Additional conveniences include a 32-inch Roku TV with Spectrum cable and free streaming channels, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to shared laundry facilities. Water, sewer, and Wi-Fi are included, while electricity is billed separately each month. We require the first month's rent as a minimum security deposit, and a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit upon departure. A maximum of two pets are permitted with a $400 nonrefundable deposit for the first pet and an additional $35 per month for each pet. Each cabin accommodates up to two vehicles, with trailers and boats required to be stored in a designated area for an additional fee.
