TERMS & CONDITIONS: This auction will be selling in conjunction with the 29th Judicial Circuit, Adair Circuit Court, in the case styled Chastity Yarberry Spalding, et al. vs. Tyler Yarberry, et al., Civil Action No. 19-CI-00074, an action based on the indivisibility of the land.
