The Poyen 120 Tract (Listing #5051) is 120 acres described as N of SE, Section 22; SW of SW, Section 23; all located in Township 5 South, Range 15 West, containing a total of 120 acres, more or less, Grant County, Arkansas (see attached maps).
Tract is located three (3) miles south of Poyen city limits. Access is by gated gravel timber access road. Terrain is flat. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages ninety (90) feet on fine sandy and silty clay loam soils. Timber consists of native hardwood timber. The timber on this tract would make an excellent hunting property.
Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber with eight (8) cruise lines running east and west in October, 2022. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows (volume report available on our website):
