Tract 4: 20 ac wooded acre "Swing Tract" that may only be purchased in combination with Tract 2 and/or 3, or an adjacent landowner. It is currently being logged with approximately 236 trees conveyed to Quality Hardwoods, Inc. and brokered by Crowe Forest Management.
