Access is a deeded 50' right-of-way easement on gravel road. Timbered acres are predominantly a 1986 pine plantation that has been thinned twice. Native pine and hardwood found around Deceiper Creek. Subject includes a 9-acre 1995 pine plantation that is ready to thin. Terrain is flat to gently rolling. Soils consist of fine sands, loamy sands and sandy loams with site index for loblolly pine averaging 80 feet on 50-year base. This is former Weyerhaeuser land.
