Pheasant Ridge Winery is an award-winning winery in the Texas High Plains American Viticultural Area near Lubbock, TX. Founded in 1979, Pheasant Ridge winery is one of the first of the Texas wineries and an early pioneer of commercial wine making in the state. It is one of Texas' oldest "Vinifera Vineyards" with 100% estate grown grapes. The Pheasant Ridge Real Estate auction will feature four parcels: Parcel #1: 11.22+/- acres including the winery, wine-making equipment, wine inventory and other equipment; Parcel #2: 50.154+/- ac of vineyards, land and equipment; Parcel #3: 31.118+/- ac land; and Parcel #4: 29.902+/- ac land. Pheasant Ridge Winery produces a wide range of varietal, blended and reserve wines. These Texas vineyards produce traditional French varietals suited to the soil and weather found on the High Plains including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Sémillon grapes. The winery is located on 122+/- acres with approximately 29+/- acres planted and the capacity to produce 6,500 to 10,000 cases per year.
